1. Size

Your fat cells can grow up to 1000 times their original size.

2. Capacity

Once a fat cell reaches its maximum capacity, your body produces a new fat cell to store additional fat.

3. Permanence

Once a new fat cell forms, you can’t get rid of it. You can only decrease its size.

4. Number

  • If you have 15 to 35 billion fat cells, you are doing good, kid!

5. Health

The distribution of your fat cells can affect your personal super powers.

So eat lots of broccoli and not too many french fries and hamburgers!
